Carolina Uplift Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization affiliated with the 6th District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. We serve as the philanthropic arm dedicated to uplifting boys throughout North and South Carolina.
The 6th District
The 6th District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. encompasses chapters across North and South Carolina. For generations, brothers of the district have led service initiatives that uplift youth, strengthen families, and invest in community.
Carolina Uplift Foundation extends that legacy, channeling the district’s commitment to mentorship and uplift into a focused, sustainable, and donor-supported foundation.

Carolina Uplift Foundation, Inc. was born from the shared vision of dedicated members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s 6th District. United by the cardinal principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift, our founders recognized the urgent need to invest in the next generation of young men across the Carolinas.
